Stuff and stuff...you know...!.,,//)(.

Well, you see. You see all there is to see, you being the almighty person who knows all. And I was sitting in a stooper in a couch in a room in a house on a spatch of land in a town called Blarg (Austin!) in the land of ablative phylogenesis in a large expansive spaceship in the centre (!) of town when it came to me. There are some lovely things that the Rat and I love so very much that we insist upon having at the drop of a hat. They are as follows.

  1. Lace

Isn't that thing from American Apparel just a dear?

         2. Combat Boots

Indeed. This boot thing is from Urban Outfitters.

         3. Sophistication

Ah mon dieu!

       4. Long Necklaces

Yes.
5. Stripes

All of those garments are from either American Apparel or Urban Outfitters

These are from Boden!
We like stripes because of all the different themes that can be based around them. They can be very elegant or they can be childish, both of which are GOOD. Gooten.

6. High-waisted Whatnot

American Apparel. Dead meat.

Hey! Remember that? Yes. You don't. Leave. No! Please...don't go. We adore you!

7. Sweaters that are too big n stuff

Oh. Hey, that's kind.

8. BELTS

Aw. Little friends. What nice children those are.

9. Skinny Jeans or pants. THIS ONE is exclusive to Ratmona.
Free People! These jeans are FAVORITO! They are the FP Utility Jeans with Zippers.
Also, although I do not usually approve of Abercrombie, they make really fabulous skinny jeans.

10. Also exclusive to Ratmona: Pretending to be Alison Mosshart

If you do not know who she is, too bad. It has now become my mission to make you know.
Here is some music to delight you.

Here is Alison Mosshart with the lovely Jamie Hince in their band, The Kills, which is awesome.

A Wed.

This weekend I, Bus, was at a lovely wedding in Oakland, California. Oakland, land where it is not appallingly hot all the time! Plus my extended family is thoroughly fashionable, especially my Great Aunt Biche, who is French and always gives me café au lait in a bowl. But anyway, I noticed a multitude of boots and sweaters that struck my fancy. Quite! The boots were of the combat and the tall, elegant variety. The wedding procession was very fashionable indeed and the two grooms were met with applause at the door in their matching white linen suit jackets. And there was a mob of teenaged flower girls, one of which was me. And there was a big square dancing fiasco and many wonderful outfits were seen, including a pink silk night gown worn over a lace under garment thing and tights and combat boots and bright red lip stick. And then there were some very distant cousins from England. And a cousin who changed outfits three times, only she referred to them as costumes. And then there was an extravagant, intricate, beautiful blue dress with lace hanging out the bottom and (yet again) combat boots.  And then there was a street fair. And about 700 billion cafés. And bakeries.

Some boots that I am a fan of, and I have been in the market for boots for about a year, are below:

Of course these are only the tall elegant ones. There are plenty of lovely combat ones, such as my pair that was given to me by none other that the Rat herself!

The ones above are from le J. Crew, which is good.

Some other nicey things that I viewed or liked from le wed, (though I warn you, the camera is an evil idiot and the pictures are, as a general rule, blurry or shameful or both), as well as a multitude of sweaters are coming up. And also a pink cow. Bub bye, and See You There!

I appreciate them socks!

A disgusted child. And a lot of cakes in cups.
 Negative space, the last frontier!
Ah! The lace! It is magnificent!
That is rather flapper, no?

These next ones are brought to the page by Anthropologie.

And alas.

huioew!

Hello there, humans! A little teeny while ago, we travelled downtown. Can you guess what we saw?
We can't either, because we would have an unfair advantage because we actually know what we did so it wouldn't be guessing. Anyways. Here it is. We ate almond horns at Whole Foods, then gallivanted off to do some other stuff.
Here are our outfits

Here is the other stuff

First, we went to the beautiful and lovely and gorgeous By George across the street from Whole Foods. Everything we saw made us want to just go drink hot chocolate, eat popcorn, and watch Shawn the Sheep for the rest of our lives. Fashionably of course. As in, while wearing wool coats, oversized chunky-knit sweaters, cashmere scarves, thin leather belts, corduroys, more coats, collared blouses, tailored pants, and beautiful dresses.

Then we went and petted things at Anthropologie, and while Feist's cover of the song Secret Heart was playing, we saw an amazing thing! Our amazingly fashionable French teacher's cardigan. So not only was Feist (who is very fashionable herself, and whose new album is so amazingly wonderful) being associated with this fairy princess store, but so was our wonderful Madame Ewald.

We also saw these amazing things there:

AHWWWWWWWWWWWWW

This last one is constructed of corduroy. YES! OJklmds,.!

After that happened. This happened. We decided to find out how to walk to the new Urban Outfitters. We did not know how. But I, Ramona, knew that it is underneath the W Hotel. Gus knew that she needed to use the restroom. So, we went into Book People, zoomed through a crowd of children dressed up as witches, and looked up the address of the W Hotel in a travel book, and went to the bathroom, and bought some ginger chews, and were off to West 2nd Street, which we did not know how to find.
Once at Urban outfitters, we viewed this:

mooooore corduroooy

and BALLET SLIPPERS

Then Gus decided pee AGAIN so we left and went through a dog house contest festival of sorts to a cafe and bought coffee to alleviate  her ailments.

THE END
